Okay, I just wanted to let you know that I will not be blogging for awhile. We are trying to switch internet providers, and they said it could take up to two weeks. Boy, what a bummer. I thought that a switch in service would only take a day or two. Who knew! I suppose that we will have to occupy our time by watching more TV!

OK--we may not change after all. So, we're still online for now while Earthlink runs some tests on our line.

First we have to cancel Earthlink and then we go on the Verizon job list (about 1 week)/. Frustrating, but would save us a lot of money. HOWEVER, when we called to cancel, we found we've been paying for 3mbs and only getting 768k (I thought we were paying for 1.5), so Earthlink is offering a cheaper rate to fix it (but they don't own our lines and can't drop as much as we wished). So, we're waiting on Earthlink now.
